HCFA has opened a dedicated European technical support centre in Rotterdam, Netherlands, bringing local engineering, spare-parts logistics and product training closer to its distribution and OEM partners across the region.
Local engineering, faster response
The facility houses an application engineering team that can assist with drive sizing, commissioning and troubleshooting across the servo, HMI, IO and VFD ranges. Fast-moving spare parts are held on site so critical replacements can be dispatched within 24 hours across most of Western Europe.
Training and demonstration
A demonstration room is available for hands-on sessions with the E630 series VFDs, the Q series PLC platform and the full HMI range. Partners can book tailored training covering wiring, parameter setup and integration with common fieldbus networks including EtherCAT, PROFINET and Modbus.
